Model selection screen
  user can select the model of the house of different communities to customize.

Five divisions of the screen
  Navigation – user can select between multiple levels of the floor plan.
Floor Plan – map area.
Categories & Symbols – different sets of symbols are connected/displayed here.
Summary – shows the amount of money and lists of symbols attached to the map.
   
   

Tool tip information
  All the symbols contain the small picture of the item and the price information.
   
   

Drag and Drop function
  Once the symbol is selected, the selected symbol is placed on the upper right corner of the Floor Plan area where the drag and drop will place the symbol to the user selected room/space.
   
  Once the symbol gets dragged on to the droppable space, the blue lines will be showing within each room. These lines represents possible wall where symbols can be attached to.
   
  This screen shows all the possible walls where symbols can be attached to.
   
  Once the symbol has been dropped to the appropriate room/space, user will be prompted with the possible selection of the walls so that program can move the symbol to the exact point. This approach can be replaced with dragging feature where user can drag the symbol to the wall without seeing the wall selection list.
   
   

Additional Functionalities
  Symbols that are laid down on the Floor Plan area have three special attributes. These attributes can be accessed by double clicking on the symbols.
    Delete Icon – used to delete the unwanted symbols on the screen. This will update the Summary area as well.
   
    Color Icon – used to color the selected symbol. Specific color rather than white can be initially applied to the specific symbol.
   
    Write Memo – used to write the additional information that user wants for the builder to give special attentions to.
   
   

Summary Area
  Lists of symbols that are laid out on the Floor Plan area are displayed on the right bottom of the screen with the total amount of money for this additional setup/modification.
